Her previous employers were CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is a native of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Master's education from the University of Miami. Kolber began her career as a coordinator of video for CBS Sports in New York City. She was awarded a Sports Emmy while working for WTVJ-TV Miami. She has also worked as a reporter for WPLG-TV Miami, and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. In 1993 she was chosen to anchor ESPN2's initial year of debut. Her employment at ESPN2 lasted three years. Then she moved to Fox Sports. Then she returned to ESPN and is currently hosts 'Monday Night Countdown.'
